u        Began as an Installer SL1 in April of 1995, primarily working in SBC offices.

u        Mastered all phases of installation, including DS1 termination (wire wrapping), DS3 install, secondary power, iron work/environment build outs, timing, and Ethernet.

u        Completed SBC 4-year apprenticeship program in 5 months. Was the first and only installer to ever complete this program in so short a time. Was certified by SBC as an SL4 within 5 months of beginning in this business.
